Michael Suhy remembers spending an enjoyable day in November 2017 visiting his daughter, Allison on the campus of Ohio University, where she was a freshman.
But, when that Saturday came to a close, Suhy recalled, “I kissed her goodbye never thinking that it would be the last time I would talk to her.”
