By joining our team, you’re helping shape a world where food allergy emergencies are recognized and managed with confidence.

- Certified Firefighters/Paramedics
- EMTs (may be considered on a case-by-case basis)
- Medical Professionals
What We Look For
- Certification & Experience
- Applicants must be certified firefighter/paramedics or EMTs or Medical Professionals, showcasing expertise in emergency response.
- Administrative Readiness
- You’ll need to submit an application, W-9, signed contract, and any other required documents.
- Comprehensive Training
- Each instructor must complete a physician-led certification process to master the ARF Food Allergy curriculum.
- Personal Interview
- Final candidates will meet with ARF leadership to ensure shared values and alignment with our educational approach.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver Curriculum: Teach food allergy awareness and management in local middle/high schools, universities, and businesses.
- Engage & Educate: Share real-world insights with your audience, helping them understand the urgency and steps to handle anaphylaxis.
- Expand Our Reach: Assist in bringing ARF’s evidence-based programs to new regions throughout Ohio—and beyond.
