Broadening Our Impact

Where We’ve Taught & Trained

We’re proud to have delivered our food allergy curriculum in a variety of settings—from large public school districts and universities to small businesses and community groups. Each new training extends our mission and helps keep more people safe. See the breadth of our impact below, and if you’re ready to bring our program to your own organization, reach out to us today.

Our Approach

Physician-Backed Curriculum

We’ve partnered with leading allergists and medical professionals to ensure our materials are accurate, up-to-date and clinically sound. You’ll learn to recognize signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis, administer life-saving epinephrine and develop a proactive plan to keep everyone safe.

Engaging & Interactive

Our instructors use hands-on demonstrations, real-life scenarios and group discussions to make the training experience both interactive and meaningful. Participants walk away with practical skills they can apply immediately—whether they’re in the classroom, the cafeteria or out in the community.

Who We Serve

Schools & Universities

We tailor programs for elementary, middle, high schools, and colleges, ensuring each level gets the right amount of detail and hands-on practice.

Businesses & Organizations

Restaurants, camps, offices, and other establishments can benefit from having staff trained to respond quickly and effectively to food allergy emergencies.

Community Groups

Parent-teacher associations, youth groups, and volunteer clubs can request specialized sessions to help raise community-wide awareness.

Why It Matters

Food allergies affect millions of Americans, and a life-threatening reaction can occur without warning. Quick identification and the proper use of epinephrine can be the difference between a safe recovery and a tragedy. By attending ARF’s education and training sessions, you’ll not only build your confidence but also help us create a future where food allergies are better understood and more effectively managed.
